  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Limitations & Liability

  • We provide services on an 'as is' basis with no guarantee of specific results
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting, or external integrations
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and data security post-delivery

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements (typically milestone-based or upfront deposit)

Invoices are payable within agreed timeframes (usually 7-14 days from invoice date)

Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees

Refund policies are outlined in individual project contracts

Portfolio & Case Studies

We take pride in our work and may feature completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies. We will:

Request permission before showcasing your project publicly

Anonymize or use placeholder data if you prefer to remain confidential

Honor any NDA or confidentiality agreements in place

Remove projects from our portfolio upon request

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at the project start date will apply unless mutually agreed otherwise.
