Built with Natif AI for OCR and machine learning processing, the platform handles both scanned and digital PDF invoices up to 200MB, features smart splitting to automatically detect and separate multiple invoices, and includes advanced fingerprinting for duplicate prevention. The system features intelligent credit/debit recognition and real-time validation workflows, with GDPR/Swiss DSG-grade compliance baked in. The intuitive multilingual interface includes a localized German UI, powered by Next.js & TypeScript with React Frontend, MongoDB Backend, and SFTP + API integrations. The system provides automated audit trails ensuring GDPR/Swiss DSG compliance, reducing regulatory risk and improving reporting transparency.
